Not the same

When I hear things like “I can say I am a dinosaur that doesn’t mean I am one” I get upset because the person has such a lack of empathy that they can’t see how difficult it was for someone growing up and not feeling right in their body.

I know my love definitely went through this as she described moments from her childhood. She felt so different.
