Meltdown x 3

Today I left the house in a rush. I had several errands before a doctors appointment. In my rush, I forgot my wedding rings. I had a meltdown in the car before my doctors appointment. Some days I go without one and today I had 3. A route I took brought memories so tears and a song on the radio caused another. It has been an emotional day. Hopefully tomorrow won’t be as difficult.
